Assistant Property Manager
Our client in Newark is in need of an Assistant Property Manager. Duties including managing staff to ensure the building is up to standard, handling move ins and move outs, oversee repairs
Requirements
3+ years experience in Property Management role
Experience in the residential housing – market rate and/or affordable and regulatory compliance
MS Office
Yardi experience required
Excellent customer service experience
Prior project management experience
